National Recognition

Support for Programs Seeking National Recognition From ILA

All those who are preparing program reports for submission to CAEP for ILA Program Review with National Recognition are strongly encouraged to attend an upcoming workshop. Institutions that send representatives to these workshops have an increased opportunity for ILA National Recognition on the first submission.

Upcoming Workshop

The ILA National Recognition in the CAEP Accreditation Process and the ILA Certificate of Distinction for Reading/Literacy Specialist Programs workshop will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2019, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, at the ILA 2019 Conference in New Orleans, LA. This interactive workshop is designed to support reading/literacy specialist and literacy coach program faculty who plan to write a CAEP, AAQEP, or state-mandated report on program alignment to ILA's Standards for the Preparation of Literacy Professionals 2017. Individual 30-minute consultations will also be available.

This workshop is free, but registration is required, and participants will need a registration badge to enter. Space is limited, so please register early.
