Booth Rentals

Booth rentals measuring 10′×10′ at the ILA 2020 Conference include the following benefits but do not include furniture, carpet, booth cleaning, electricity, AV, shipping, drayage, or other exhibitor-ordered services:

• Five complimentary ILA 2020 Core Conference badges (for October 16–17) per 10′×10′ booth (Additional badges are available for purchase. Complimentary badges do not include Institute Day on October 15, the Children's Literature Intensive or the Research Intensive on October 18, or other ticketed events.)
• Pipe and drape (8′ back drape and 3′ side rail drape)
• Identification sign (7″×44″) with company name and booth number
• Company information in the ILA 2020 Conference program, ILA 2020 Conference app, and online floor plan (deadlines apply)
• Twenty-four-hour perimeter security
• Access to the Exhibitor Lounge
