Refund/Return Policy

Memberships and Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied with your membership but wish to remain a member of ILA, please reach out to us! We want to hear from you and work with you to make your ILA membership experience a positive one. However, if you no longer wish to be a member of ILA, we will cancel your membership upon request. No refunds will be offered for canceled memberships or subscriptions. Please contact ILA Customer Service with any questions.

Books

  • All books returned for refund or credit must be in saleable condition, with no tearing, stamps, stickers, marks, etc.
  • For orders placed by individuals, all returns must be made within 30 days of the order processing date. For bookstores and other institutions, book returns will be accepted up to six months from the purchase date.
  • In order to ensure timely refunds, all returned items must be accompanied by a completed return form, a packing slip stating the quantity and titles of returned books, and the original order or invoice number. Please also indicate whether you prefer credit to your account or a refund.
  • All refunds will be processed as soon as possible. ILA reserves the right to require the sender to produce proof of delivery.
  • The sender will be contacted if items are returned in unsaleable condition.
  • Specially priced sale books are not returnable.
  • All PDF product purchases are final, and no returns or exchanges will be permitted.

Honor Cords

Honor Cords are not eligible for a refund. If you receive a damaged honor cord order, please contact ILA Customer Service for a replacement.
